➕Barbell Back Squats - 4 sets of 12 reps
➕Constant Tension Hip Thrusts - 4 sets of 12 reps
➕Dumbbell Deficit Reverse Lunges - 4 sets of 10 each leg
𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘁:
➕Sumo Stance Good Mornings - 4 sets of 12 reps
➕Duck Stance Leg Press - 4 sets of 15 reps
➕Standing Banded Abductions - 3 sets of 30 reps
Leg days are definitely my favorite! Followed closely by anything shoulders 💪🏼
