𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲? ⁣

I know before I lost my weight, quarantine would have been a HUGE sigh of relief for me ⁣
⁣
I 𝘏𝘈𝘛𝘌𝘋 to go out in public. ⁣
⁣
I couldn’t believe I allowed myself to get to that point. I was so ashamed of myself.⁣
⁣
I was taking the chance of running into someone I knew 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 I stepped foot out the door. ⁣
⁣
I went to a school where everyone knows everyone.⁣
⁣
I was an athlete in school, that’s how everyone remembered me. ⁣
⁣
And there I was. ⁣
⁣
𝟾𝟶 𝘭𝘣𝘴 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝟺 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨. ⁣

The fear of judgement was 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 to me. ⁣
⁣
I would have stayed home forever and hid if it was possible. ⁣
⁣
I would have 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘥 in quarantine 😂⁣
⁣
But the world 𝗶𝘀 going to open back up. ⁣
⁣
Are you ready for that? ⁣
⁣
Are you ready to face reality again? ⁣
⁣
No more hiding behind zoom calls. ⁣
⁣
No more social avoidance to hide your biggest insecurities. ⁣
⁣
Stop waiting for the perfect time to get started. ⁣
⁣
Don’t let another year pass you by. ⁣
⁣
Don’t wait until Monday. ⁣
⁣
Don’t wait until the new year. ⁣
⁣
Don’t get comfortable during quarantine because you can’t hide forever. ⁣
⁣
And you shouldn’t. ⁣
⁣
Because you 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 to thrive in the body that you’re in.⁣
⁣
If you think circumstances have to be perfect to get started, you’ll be waiting forever. ⁣
⁣
Take 𝘔𝘌𝘚𝘚𝘠 𝘈𝘊𝘛𝘐𝘖𝘕. ⁣
⁣
Consistency > perfection
