Big Brother 19 SPOILERS: Big Brother gives a penalty vote to 1 nominee

HOH Jason is taking major heat from Matt and Raven for lying to them about targeting Kevin. They expected Jason to use the veto on Raven and make Kevin the replacement nominee at yesterday's POV Ceremony, but Jason decided he could't risk Kevin's safety just to keep peace in the house until eviction night. Drama erupted in the house immediately after the ceremony and Jason had to face Matt and Raven's anger.  Matt is adamant about Raven staying in the game so he decided he would start racking up penalty votes from Big Brother. He is a Have Not this week and is supposed to be taking cold showers, eating slop and sleeping in the Have Not room, but hasn't been doing any of those things since yesterday. So far Big Brother has only issued one penalty vote.
