providers must employ large staffs just to deal with the insurance paperwork. Additionally,
patients struggle to understand coverage details for medical care. The lack of
standardization and data sharing between different entities adds to
inefficiencies. Simplifying processes through streamlining regulations and
utilizing interoperable health IT could help reduce waste.
