5 days without celery juice, the longest I’ve gone in about a year and let me tell you, I’m actually glad for those 5 days because it made me realize just how much celery juice does for me. When you do something every day and become so used to it you end up wondering how much it’s actually doing for you, because you can’t remember what it’s like without it.
But I remember now🙃 things I noticed most:
1. Celery juice completely curbs my cravings and the desire to eat past natural fullness. I have been a ravenous bottomless pit these last 5 days (especially for salty foods) because celery juice normally satisfies my body on a cellular level. Without it, I haven’t been satiated or satisfied and am thinking about foods I haven’t thought about in years🧀🍕🍔🥓
2. Celery juice stabilizes my energy and makes me feel like I drank a cup of coffee without the afternoon crash. Basically, I have been so. tired. particularly in the afternoons which I also haven’t experienced so many days in a row since pre-celery juice.
3. Celery juice keeps things moving💩 still happening without it, just not as regularly.
4. Celery juice keeps my mind sharp and clear. I’ve felt cloudy, foggy and mentally drained without it.
All in all I 💚 celery juice and am so thankful for all it does for me on a daily basis, even if I don’t always notice it. *i started drinking celery juice because of @medicalmedium information (And for those that will ask, I went 5 days without it because I didn’t want to go to the store just for celery when I didn’t need anything else)
