I actually recorded this last week but just now getting around to posting it. 🥵
Life is 𝘊𝘙𝘈𝘡𝘠 right now and my posts in general have been few and far between.
When life gets busy, I have to prioritize.
My business (clients), my personal goals (nutrition and workouts), currently moving in the next couple weeks, wedding planning, working with a coach, taking a business course, and taking a mindset course.
So I may be a little MIA on here the next couple weeks but I’ll do my best to provide helpful content when I can!
Can’t wait to be settled in our new place and back into the normal swing of things!!
But here is a high rep leg day I did last week and it’s a good one 🔥
➕Barbell Back Squats - 4 sets of 12 reps
➕Constant Tension Hip Thrusts - 4 sets of 12 reps
➕Dumbbell Deficit Reverse Lunges - 4 sets of 10 each leg
𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘁:
➕Sumo Stance Good Mornings - 4 sets of 12 reps
➕Duck Stance Leg Press - 4 sets of 15 reps
➕Standing Banded Abductions - 3 sets of 30 reps
Leg days are definitely my favorite! Followed closely by anything shoulders 💪🏼
