There are certain activities that make you feel you’ve achieved
something in life! If you’re someone who loves travelling, you’ll know better
of what this means! For the travellers in Sydney, here are some exciting places
you can visit over the weekend to check off one place from your
‘places-to-visit-before-you-die’ list!

Sydney Harbour

There is no doubt that Sydney Harbour would top any list of
must-visit places in Sydney. And it’s well-justified! The world’s most
beautiful harbour is home to a number of natural and man-made wonders. There
are a number of less-explored places in and around the harbour besides the
Opera House precinct. Although, you may have visited the harbour a number of
times in the past, one way to go sightseeing at the harbour differently is on
board
a Sydney
Harbour lunch cruise
. There are a number of luxury cruises at the harbour that will
take you through the most scenic route to treat you to some amazing views you
didn’t know that existed. From stunning close-up views of the Opera House and
Harbour Bridge to beautiful sights of the Shark Island, the Royal Botanic
Gardens and more, the
lunch cruises in Sydney promises the best views
on the go! Also enjoy a delicious lunch that is freshly prepared by experienced
chefs on board. If you’re in for more, there are quite a few other exciting
activities you can take up while in Sydney, such as the Bridge Climb Sydney,
Harbour kayaking and more for exhilarating experiences like never before!

The Blue Mountains

If you’re into hiking, you’re gonna love this! The Blue Mountains
in Sydney is a popular and favourite destination for the hiking enthusiasts.
You will find places like the Burramoko Ridge (aka Hanging Rock), Six Foot
Track, the Grand Canyon Loop, Katoomba waterfalls and many more that offer
unique and once-in-a-lifetime-kinda experiences. The mountain bikers would love
meandering through the heathlands at the Burramoko Ridge Trail. If you’re here
to see the breathtaking views, don’t miss the sunset at the Three
Sisters.

Barrington Tops

The Barrington Tops National Park isn’t one of those places you
wouldn easily find on the map. It is a remote section of NSW which attracts
bushwalkers and hikers who wish to stray from the beaten paths. The National
Park has towering snow gum forests and lush moss carpets where you will
discover lively swamp wallabies and grey kangaroos. Explore the Gloucester Tops
Circuit, which is one of the park’s best walks, for a refreshing walk.

Bob Turners Track

This is indeed one of the most magical places you will discover in
Sydney. You can thank us later! Bob Turners Track is a walking trail that leads
down along the Colo River at the Wollemi Wilderness. You will find a beautiful
swimming hole at the bottom of the Bob Turners Track and it’s worth every
struggle to get here! The Track was originally a horse track that was
constructed as part of a survey for the Blue Mountains railway cross. There are
a number of related walks which you can explore while you’re here such as the
Mountain Lagoon Loop via Colo Meroo and Tootie Creek, Crawfords Lookout to
Dooli Creek and Canoe Creek.

Hunter Valley Tour

The Hunter Valley in Sydney is one of the prominent wine regions
of Australia and it should be definitely on your list. Go on a wine tasting
tour in the Hunter region to taste some of the most delicious wines and beers
in the country. Go on a thrilling hot air balloon ride to enjoy the beauty of
the land from up above. The lush green expanses of vineyards and gardens are
indeed a sight to behold!
