Join us for the Spring Term for 12 weeks! With our Spring Wellness Workshop, Labour Weekend Stair session, Walk/Run Skechers 6km or 12km Team event, Christmas training week and off course all new 45 minute training session that target body fat loss, toning, fitness and put you in a good mood!

Start with our Spring Wellness Workshop: 2nd October (30 minutes boxing technique, 30 minutes What's happening this Spring, 15 minutes special guest)

Labour Weekend Stair session, with be 24th October 9am at the Eastern Beach stairs, a great sessions of stairs and a mix of body weight exercises.

Skechers 6km or 12km walk or run, we would love to get a big group together to finish the year off with. Sunday 13th November, train once a week with a run or walk with your friends and attend our training sessions.
