Micron Technology, Inc (NYSE:MU) will hold a conference call on Wednesday, October 1 at 4:30 pm ET to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2008.  A webcast of the presentation will be made available at micron.com/investors/. 

Micron Technology, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, is a global manufacturer and marketer of semiconductor devices, principally dynamic random access memory, NAND Flash memory, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensors.

Micron Technology, Inc operates in two segments: Memory and Imaging. The Memory segment’s primary products are DRAM and NAND Flash, which are key components used in electronic applications, including personal computers, workstations, network servers, mobile phones, flash memory cards, universal serial bus storage devices, Moving picture experts group layer-3 audio players and other consumer electronics products. The Imaging segment’s primary products are CMOS image sensors, which are key components used electronic applications, including mobile phones, digital still cameras, webcams and other consumer, security and automotive applications.

In March 2008, the Company announced that it has launched Aptina Imaging for its CMOS imaging business.
