Promotor de Trump Towers II and III en Sunny Isles Beach Paga Prestamos Hipotecarios
El proyecto residencial Trump Tower I se vendió en su totalidad y está completamente habitado
El nuevo dueño/promotor de Sunny Isles Beach que al adquirir las propiedades Trump Towers II, y Trump Towers III en marzo de 2010, asumió un préstamo hipotecario a cuatro años de 265 millones de dólares, ha logrado pagarlo en menos de dos años.
El proyecto residencial Trump Tower I se vendió en su totalidad y está completamente habitado. De las 475 unidades en Trump Tower II y Trump Tower III que el desarrollador adquirió en marzo, sólo quedan a la venta aproximadamente 100 unidades. Pero las ventas se han disparado, gracias a numerosos compradores de Centroamérica y América del Sur, en especial brasileños, para quienes estas viviendas lujosas frente al mar son asequibles.
Justo en diciembre del 2010 el mismo promotor pagó un préstamo de construcción de $ 210 millones otorgado al proyecto Trump Royale en Sunny Isles Beach.
De acuerdo con un informe publicado a principios de este año por la oficina del Tasador de Propiedades del condado Miami-Dade, el valor de las propiedades inmobiliarias en Sunny Isles Beach ha aumentado un 2,9 por ciento y se espera que habrá otro incremento durante los últimos meses de 2011.
