Conference 'Refreshes' Leader of The Zac Team

Zac Pasmanick, leader of The Zac Team in Atlanta, Ga., says he “came away refreshed” after attending this month's Boomtown’s Unite conference in Charleston, S.C.

Unite described the conference as “an opportunity to press the reset button on how you approach your business and market challenges.” The meeting was held Oct. 6-9. The agenda included innovative talks, educational breakouts and hands-on lessons and offered realtors the chance to network and get inspired on topics such as goal setting, agent hiring and team accountability.

“A realtor should always be open to improving their company and touching base with others to learn different ways of increasing success,” Pasmanick said.
