Michael Vick Sued by South Carolina Inmate for $63,000,000,000
As if Michael Vick wasn’t facing enough legal problems already a South Carolina inmate, Jonathan Lee Riches, has slapped the Atlanta Falcons quarterback with a multi-billion dollar lawsuit claiming the NFL star stole two of his pit bulls, sold them on eBay and then “used the proceeds to purchase missiles from the Iran government.”
Riches, who is serving a stint for wire fraud, filed a handwritten complaint accusing Vick of “theft and abuse of my animals” in the U.S. District Court in Richmond, Va.
According to Riches, Vick is to deliver the $63 billion to the Williamsburg Federal Correctional facility, the current address of the South Carolina inmate.
While Vick is pondering how to respond to the latest legal misstep with Riches his lawyers are trying to figure out the next step in the federal case against him involving dogfighting.
Vick is currently pondering a plea agreement before new charges are handed down next week.
