Britney Spears shaved head, convinced she’d fail drug test if hair was tested
Britney Spears has revealed the reason behind why she shaved her head bald. According to reports the troubled singer was convinced that she would fail a drug test if her hair was tested.
Sources claim Spears was afraid her now ex husband Kevin Federline would force her to take a drug test in relation to the custody battle over their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Apparently Federline told Spears that if he smoked marijuana near her, then traces of the drug would be picked in her hair during a drug test.
“Kevin taunted Britney that even his smoking marijuana near her would leave traces that could be picked up by drug testing,” a source says. “He threatened to use that against her in a custody battle.”
Spear shocked fans in January when she shaved her head completely bald. Since then she has displayed erratic behavior on more than several occasions. Spears and Federline are currently in a heated battle over custody of their boys. Federline is pushing for primary custody saying Spears is not fit to be a mother. As of right now they share joint custody.
