ENDEXX's VisualBoardBooks Achieves SAS 70 Type II Security

ENDEXX Corporation (Other OTC:EDXC.PK), provider of VisualBoardBooks' ePortal XRM Technology, announced today that it has completed the migration of the company's VisualBoardBooks online service to an enterprise class SAS-70 Type II compliant facility. The move provides VisualBoardBooks' clients with an extremely high level of information security and application reliability.

About SAS 70 Type II

SAS 70 is an internationally recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A SAS 70 examination evaluates a service organization's controls as they relate to an audit of the financial statements of its customers and is often required by public companies and their auditors. The requirements of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 make SAS 70 audit reports imperative in the process of reporting on effective internal controls at service organizations.

"Type II" is the highest level of audited tests that not only describes a service organization's description of controls, but also includes detailed testing of the service organization's controls over a minimum six month period.
