Joan Tuckruskye, New York PTA Mom, Caught with 13-Year-Old Behind Elementary School

Joan Tuckruskye, a 44-year-old mother of three who served as a vice president with the Parent Teacher Association at a New York middle school, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she was caught with a 13-year-old boy in an elementary school parking lot Friday night.

According to a police report Tuckruskye was found with the teen-aged boy partially clothed in the back seat of an SUV outside the Meadow Elementary School in Nassau County.

Tuckruskye told officers the two had been kissing and after she was charged she was released on bail.

Tuckruskye has been in charge of fundraising for the Baldwin Middle School PTA.
