Denny Grimes Featured on WINK Television to Discuss Mid-Season Checklist for Sellers

Fort Myers, FL, February 25, 2015 – Denny Grimes, of Denny Grimes & Company, was recently featured on WINK-TV, a television station located in Fort Myers, Florida, to discuss midseason checkup checklist for real estate on the west coast of Florida.  Denny Grimes is featured twice a month on WINK and is the WINK News Real Estate Expert.

During the newscast Grimes outlined his checklist for sellers that have had their home on the market for a while and those that are thinking about waiting for “the Season” to sell their home.  “We are about two thirds of the way through the season so sellers that have put their homes on the market to sell to take advantage of the season that have not sold yet they are on the clock.  If they haven’t sold within 30-60 days there are probably a couple of issues,” states Grimes.  Grimes went on to explain some of the reasons it may not have sold and some of things a seller should look at in order to get their home sold.
