Close-Up Talk Radio spotlights Cloud-Rainosek & Associates

Cloud-Rainosek & Associates is a consulting firm specializing in transforming organizations and individuals through positive change in their culture and leadership. Lead by Jackalyn Rainosek, a PhD in with 39 years’ experience counseling psychology, and Liz Cloud, a CPA with 36 years’ experience in corporate management, Cloud-Rainosek & Associates identify the behavioral patterns of employees within an organization and determine how best to “center” their lives and activities for the good of the organization.

“Traditional management techniques simply don’t work anymore,” says Rainosek. “When consulting groups are brought in by companies they typically set about changing their systems, their technology, but what they’re not doing is investigating the behavior of the employees themselves. They ignore the habitual patterns, which is ultimately what needs to be addressed in order for the organization to thrive.”

According to Rainosek, one of the reasons American companies are no longer competitive in the global market is a failure to address the behavioral patterns that prevent them from being truly effective organizations. Using an inventory of 17 individual behavioral groupings that look at these habitual patterns, Cloud-Rainosek & Associates delivers an in-depth assessment of an organization, developing strategies that improve the working environment and, by extension, the effectiveness of the organization.

“We ask people to be hard on themselves and really look at their behavior to show them the interrelationship between these habitual patterns and the quality of their work,” says Cloud. “We’ve found most people are very honest and they’re usually amazed by what they learn about themselves.”
