When someone tells me I eat too much fruit... #lol

Fruit is not to be feared! It’s actually one of the most important foods to eat when preventing and healing from disease. The sugar in fruit is not the same as the sugar in candy, soda, bread, pasta, and other processed foods— it’s upsetting that they even get lumped together. Fruit contains water, minerals, fiber, vitamins, antioxidants and critical glucose that the body thrives off of. It’s antiviral, antibacterial, anti-aging, prevents toxic heavy metals from oxidizing, fuels our cells (especially our brain), kills off pathogens and heals our bodies on a cellular level.
