Selena Gomez Hospitalized in Los Angeles
After an appearance on The Tonight Show Thursday in which she opened up about new boyfriend Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital with a severe headache and nausea. A rep for the actress and singer tells Us Weekly doctors are running routine tests.
"Last night after Selena's appearance on The Tonight Show she wasn't feeling well and was taken to the hospital. She is currently undergoing routine tests,” the rep said.
Gomez appeared fine during her interview with Tonight Show host Jay Leno. She was on the show to promote her new film “Monte Carlo,” which also stars Leighton Meester, Katie Cassidy, Cory Monteith and Andie McDowell.
The 18-year-old was not the only star to be rushed to the hospital this week. American Idol alum Jennifer Hudson was briefly hospitalized on Friday after suffering “severe abdominal pain.” A rep for Hudson said she was treated for food poisoning.
