Bachelorette Recap: Ashley Sends Three Guys Packing In Chang Mai
Ashley Hebert and her bachelors arrived in Chang Mai, Thailand this week for their next set of dates. The one-on-one date went to Ben F. Ashley and Ben jump in to a taxi and head to a street market. They tour the market, sample local food, paint paper umbrellas and visit a temple. At dinner Ben shares details on being a winemaker and what his “agenda” would be in a future relationship. Ben F. receives the date rose.
Ashley chooses Constantine, Ames, Nick, Blake, Lucas, Ryan Sunshine, JP, and Mickey for the group date. She and the guys learn Muay Thai boxing before they are taken for a public ring for the guys to box each other. Ames is rushed to the hospital with a mild concussion after boxing with Ryan. He returns for the cocktail party, but Ashley does not give him the date rose. The rose goes to Blake.
Ben C. and William go on the dreaded two-on-one date. The date includes river rafting and a river-side picnic. It is during the picnic that William decides to throw Ben C. under the bus. Apparently Ben C. expressed a desire to get back on dating websites when he gets home. William also claims Ben C. told the guys he is “ready to go home.” Ashley immediately sends Ben C. packing. William is feeling confident at dinner, but Ashley no longer feels attracted to him. She also sends William home.
At the cocktail party, Ashley feels disconnected from the guys. She admits to Chris Harrison that she still thinks about Bentley and needs closure with him before her Bachelorette journey can move forward. Chris promises to try and make “something” happen with Bentley, but Ashley has to get through the next rose ceremony first. She sends Nick home.
