Findit, Inc. owner of Findit.com Marks another Week of Improvement on Alexa Traffic Ranking

Findit, Inc. (OTC Pink: FDIT), owner of Findit.com, has improved its Alexa Ranking in the United States to 23,160 over last weeks ranking of 24,855. This is an increase in the U.S. of 1,695 positions. The Global Ranking also showed an improvement over last week of 9,045 spots going from 132,863 down to 123,818. This marks 4 consecutive weeks in the United States and Globally where Findit has seen an improvement on Alexa. 
 
Alexa, which is owned by Amazon (AMZN), compiles data from computers that have downloaded the Alexa Tool Bar. The tool bar compiles the amount of time a visitor spends on a website, the number of page views a visitor clicks on along with the bounce rate.
 
Raymond Firth, CEO of Findit stated, "We continue to make updates to the website so our members and our visitors have a better experience each time they come back. The updates to the Right Now feed both on the website and in the Findit App could attribute to the overall improvement. We continue to see the bounce rate decrease which is really positive. It is now showing it is down by 9% recently, bringing it to 16.30%, while Daily Page Views per Visitor is up 4% to 16 page views on average per visitor. We are moving in the right direction; our focus is long-term. We want to keep improving the overall performance of the site and the App so that everyone using Findit will see the tangible values the site provides."
 
Findit is an open platform that enables search engines to crawl all of the content posted by Findit members for indexing. As a result, members posting content into their Findit site(s) (each vanity URL acts as its own Findit site) have that content crawled and indexed by Google, Yahoo and Bing which shows up in their search results.

Creating posts in Findit takes seconds to minutes depending on the depth of each post. Each post turns into its very own landing page. For many members, this is very important for them to increase their overall online web presence. From each Right Now Post, a page is created with a title and description and a URL that is pulled from the content created. By doing this, the page is automatically SEOd to match the content that a member posted. This provides Google with a very concise picture of how each page should be indexed in search results.

Posts can be shared immediately to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, Google + and other popular social sites. It is possible that the recent improvement on Alexa can be attributed to sharing and indexing in search engines.
