Permanent Technologies, Inc. Recruits Thirty-Year Industrial Fastener Manufacturing and Sales Veteran, Frederick Barry II, as President and Board Member

Frederick Barry II, an executive with over thirty years of manufacturing experience in the fastener industry, has joined Permanent Technologies as President and Executive Board Member: Mr. Barry's mandate is to further develop the Company's manufacturing, design and engineering capabilities and to identify new sales opportunities for the TineLok™ Vibration Proof Fastening System

Quincy, MA - March 25, 2014 - Permanent Technologies, Inc. (Pinksheets: PERT.PK) announced that Frederick Barry II, a senior executive with hands-on experience in manufacturing, production control and selling in consumer and industrial fasteners, has  joined the company as President and Executive Board Member.

Since joining Permanent Technologies, Mr. Barry has revamped the company's website, standardized the company's product offerings, and has laid the sales and marketing groundwork for adding major distributors to their network, all of which he has accomplished in prior organizations.
