(eIND) for one patient (42) U.S.C. 262(a)(3); 21 U.S.C. 355(i); 21 CFR 601.21;
and 21 CFR 312.1).  The FDA is not doing collection of COVID-19
convalescent plasma or provides COVID-19 convalescent plasma. Healthcare
professionals or acute care facilities would receive COVID-19 instead
convalescent plasma from an FDA-registered blood establishment.
