1. Drink Liquids in Moderation

Excessive fluid consumption, particularly those containing coffee or alcohol, might worsen OAB symptoms and incontinence. Fluid restriction can cause a rise in urine concentration, which can irritate the bladder lining and encourage urgency, frequency, and urinary tract infections.
