This condo is just 10 steps to the beach and has awesome ocean views from the large porch. A gas grill and propane tank are provided for your convenience making it easy to grill out and enjoy the views right across from the beach. Equipped with central heat and air, this upstairs unit includes a queen bedroom and another bedroom with twin bunk beds. There is one full bathroom with a nice open living and kitchen area that also has a dining space. Please note: There are long term residents in the other 2 units, beginning in Sept/Oct until the end of March, but you have dedicated off street parking and your own private deck. Long term off season residents park in the back or on the other side and there is virtually no interaction ever. Also keep in mind this is a small, older home, but it has been well-maintained. It’s best amenity is that is directly across the street from the beach and you can sit on your private deck and see the ocean!
