The average list price for the four condos for sale at the Biltmore is $448,475. The average sales price for  two condos recently sold is $171,500. The building at 30 5^th Street was formerly the Biltmore Apartments, which were built adjacent to the gracious Biltmore Hotel in 1924. The hotel continued operations until 1998.
