QI Macros® Celebrates World Quality Day 

November, 2017 - – KnowWare International Inc. will be celebrating World Quality Day on Thursday, November 9, 2017. This year, the theme of World Quality Day is “Celebrating Everyday Leadership”, shining a spotlight on those everyday leaders who exhibit the values of the quality profession. 

The American Society for Quality (ASQ) sponsors World Quality Day to increase worldwide awareness of the important contribution that quality makes towards both organizational growth and prosperity. Everyday leaders who embody a commitment to objectively evaluate results and maintain continuous improvement use quality tools in their efforts. Quality tools such as control charts and Pareto charts not only assist in the production of superior products, but can also reduce the incidence of errors, ranging from simple slip-ups to more serious errors that have generated headlines in fields such as food safety, manufacturing and healthcare. World Quality Day calls on people who use quality tools to share their knowledge by submitting their stories to illustrate the value of quality principles.
