Take COP 5010 New Testament Greek Lab with Ramez Mikhail this spring semester, and help us step closer towards healing the historic divisions within the Church.
We strive diligently to create the highest caliber of Christian scholar to help us edify the Church worldwide- through the study of the liturgy of St. Cyril and St. Basil, our Church fathers will provide you with the knowledge you’ll need preaching to your own communities. Join us online in COP 5010 on Wednesdays, 6:00-8:00 PM; this course has one in class lab. Take courses with us online, and work towards earning your Masters of Theology this spring.
Study Koine based upon the New Testament; in COP 5010, the basic concepts of the New Testament Greek grammar, syntax, and vocabulary are studied and applied to the Gospels. This course is designed for students who have no former knowledge of Greek, as it introduces a basic outline of the grammar, syntax and etymology of the language. Examples from the Scriptures and Greek language in Coptic liturgy will be studied.
