Taqueria Tsunami Johns Creek new spot that opened over by Sprouts. Some interesting dishes. Nice spin and Asian tacos. I think an Italian place should step this theory up and do chicken parmigiana and meatball and sausage and pepper tacos, a lasagna taco. Right combination of Italian food would crush it as a Italian taco spot.
