HOBKNOB is pretty good, I have been there for brunch. My favorite would be between Bistro Niko, Chops or Le Bilboquet.
I have several go to places but overall the food the people and the service and of course Jimmy and Riccardo make Sotto Sotto and the food over at Novo Cucino my go to spots. Please do a post on the different types of restaurants. Italian, Mexican, Sushi, Chinese, BBQ...
Depends on what you're craving....for burger though, the Moxie Burger hands down is the best for your money. They've got a few locations, and have an impossible burger as a hidden menu item.
