Documents: Isle of Palms woman injured self to concoct defense story after fatally shooting husband
After arming herself with a handgun during a heated argument and then fatally shooting her husband of more than a decade, an Isle of Palms woman allegedly cut herself with a knife to make the killing appear to be in self-defense.
