Dream analyst, David Rivinus, will be a featured guest
speaker at the annual Transformation Conference sponsored by Ozark Mountain
Publishing. The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn and Convention
Center in Springdale, Arkansas over the weekend of July 17-19. Rivinus’s
lecture, entitled “Learning to Accurately Interpret Your Dreams,” will be given
on Saturday afternoon, July 18 at 2:30. Rivinus will also be available for
individual dream interpretation sessions, and on Monday, July 20th,
immediately following the conference, he will facilitate a one-day workshop on
techniques of dream analysis.
The Transformation Conference is celebrating its 10th
anniversary this summer. Typically, it attracts approximately 500 attendees
from across the United States and around the world. It focuses on metaphysical
topics related to spiritual growth such as meditation, mediumship, astrology,
near death experiences and more.
Rivinus’s dream subject fits neatly into those categories.
“There is no question that dreams are a metaphysical phenomenon,” he says.
According to him, they are a subconscious communication from our psyches. He
says, further, that dreams work hard to offer us an overview of our current
status in life. “If there’s a discrepancy between what we think we ought to be
doing and what we actually need to be doing, that conflict will be expressed
through dreams,” he adds. Paying attention to any dream message is often a
source of conflict resolution. Rivinus has also suggested that the dreaming
process continues even while we are awake.
According to Rivinus, who has over 35 years of international
experience facilitating dream interpretation, most people do not pay enough
attention to these sometimes-strange events. “That’s usually because when they
are confronted with the peculiar plots and circumstances in their dreams, they
don’t know what to do with the information they are given,” he says. Rivinus points
out that dream language is not quite the same as the language we use when we
converse. “Dreams speak in metaphors, but it’s a simple enough language to
learn,” he adds.
Rivinus has worked with dreams since the early
1970s and has written the book “Always Dreaming” to explain his simple
five-step technique and to document his experiences. Ozark Mountain Publishing
specializes in new-age books on subjects related to metaphysics and
spirituality. For more information about the Transformation Conference, go to www.transformation-conference.com. Or
