CMETRICA NXG Platform is a combination of execution engine and analytical engine running on various big data technologies. Essentially this serves as a clustered data Operating System to accommodate various domain data models and workflows. CMETRICA NXG Collects and correlates customer data across the BSS / OSS landscape to build a real time view of their customers.
The mobile operator plans to deploy several modules from ONEVIEW Data Monetization Suites, including OneView’s Revenue Management, performance Manager, Capacity Manager, Integrated Service assurance, Fault manager and Service Desk. This modular approaches enable this provider to select the solutions needed for planning, launching, managing and expanding their network.
ONEVIEW single platform will reduce CAPEX/OPEX by providing ONEVIEW of real-time end-to-end network data instead of relying on multi platforms that acts as different silos.
iConnectiva is also proud to add the CEA (Customer Data Analytics). "It will provide this mobile operator with 360-degree view of all customer behavioral data across networks, services, contents, devices. It will able them a strong investigative environment for root cause analysis & social network analysis to considerably enhance customer acquisition, retention and service adoption".
