I don’t diet and exercise, I EAT and TRAIN. 💪🏼 What’s the difference? 🤔One is short term and one is long term. If you jump from diet to diet and do endless amounts of cardio to burn as many calories as possible, you’ll find yourself having a hard time sticking to it. Find a way of eating that you can see yourself doing forever and find a workout routine you enjoy and prioritize some strength training. Fitness and nutrition should be a PART of your life, not all consuming. That is where you’ll find sustainability. 🙌🏼
