Brett Favre hit Greg Jennings on an 82-yard touchdown pass on the first play of overtime to give the Green Bay Packers a 19-13 victory over the Denver Broncos on Monday night.
The win improved the Packers to 6-1 on the year while the loss dropped the Broncos to 3-4 this season.

Despite shutting the Packers offense down in the second half there was little the Broncos could do to mount a scoring drive of their own. Jason Elam cut the Broncos deficit to 13-10 in the third quarter with a 45-yarder but it wouldn’t be until the final seconds of regulation that the Broncos would score again.
With less than two and a half minutes left in the game Cutler started the Broncos final drive on their own 7 yard line. After converting a fourth and two, Cutler hit Brandon Marshal on a 35-yard pass play to put the Broncos on the Packers 26 yard line with 1:16 on the clock.

For all the work the Broncos did to score the game tying field goal, it was all over on the first play of overtime as Favre spotted Jennings streaking down the left sideline for the 82-yard game-winner.
