Joe Torre Rumored to be Heading to Los Angeles Dodgers
After turning down the New York Yankees offer it seems that Joe Torre will be switching coasts as several sources have put the 67-year-old skipper in a Los Angeles Dodgers uniform.
It would be an interesting turn for the Dodgers who had been pursuing Joe Girardi, the man expected to take over for Torre. On Monday Girardi was offered the
Torre led the Yankees to 12 straight post-season appearances and won four World Series titles. If Torre takes the job with the Dodgers he is expected to bring Don Mattingly with him. Mattingly was Torre’s bench coach last year.
