Sarasota Area Attorneys Gathered At The Manasota Trial Lawyers Board Dinner and Seminar

Bernard F. Walsh and other top attorneys practicing in the Sarasota/Bradenton area gathered together for the Manasota Trial Lawyers Board Dinner and Seminar in Lakewood Ranch.

Members and guests of the Manasota Trial Lawyers Board convened once again in Lakewood Ranch to hold a dinner and CLE accredited seminars entitled 'Product Liability Often Missed in Automobile, Motorcycle and Trucking Cases' given by guest speakers Rich Newsome Esq., and "The A-Z of Handling Motorcycle Cases and Protecting the Bad Faith Case - Pre Suit" given by Steve Wittmer Esq.

In addition to the CLE accredited seminar, the event was also a networking opportunity as well as a chance for some of Florida's most prolific plaintiff's attorneys to network outside the courtroom. Membership of the Manasota Trial Lawyers Board has been growing steadily and draws both well-respected trial lawyers and notable guest speakers to meet several times during the year.

The focus of the latest meeting which took place in March, was the seminar given by the guest speakers. Those who attended the seminar were lectured on  techniques used by trial lawyers on automobile product liability cases and motorcycle accident injury claims while earning CLE credits. Obtaining additional CLE credits, (continuing legal education), is a requirement by the Florida Bar association for members in good standing. Seminars from the Manasota Trial Lawyers Board have proven to be a popular choice for local attorneys to meet CLE requirements.
