After 30 minutes of celery being juiced, regardless of what juicer you are using or how tightly you are sealing it, it starts to oxidize and lose its power so it’s really important to drink it fresh as often as you can.
Myth #4. Celery juice is more beneficial if the pulp is left in.
-Then it wouldn’t be celery juice would it? It would be a celery smoothie🙊 Eating celery alone has so many benefits and I make sure to munch on some every day. But the reason I also make sure to juice it without any pulp is because it has its own set of healing properties as a pulp-free juice. The pulp will prevent the juice from immediately going into the bloodstream and cells because it will have to get digested first. Your digestive tract will have to turn on (which takes precious energy away from morning detoxification and elimination) and work a lot harder to get those nutrients into your cells. We want our bodies to preserve its energy so it can focus on getting the harmful things out, rebuilding, restoring, and healing. Not digesting.
