Happy hump day! Here’s a little What I Eat for you on this Wednesday just to give you an idea of a typical day in the life😋 it changes depending on what I buy and what I have but this is a general idea!
7:30am: 32oz water with juice of 1 lemon
8:00am: 20oz celery juice
8:30am: 10oz juiced apples
9:00am: 2 bananas
10:30am: heavy metal detox smoothie by @medicalmedium (tailored to my specific needs and preferences)- [i make it all at once and split into two servings] One orange, 1/2-3/4 cup @tastenirvana coconut water, little knob of turmeric root, 6 inches of aloe gel from the leaf, large handful of spinach, large handful of cilantro, 1 tbsp of Hawaiian spirulina, 1/2 tbsp @vimergy barley grass juice powder, 1 tbsp Atlantic dulse flakes, ~2 cups frozen wild blueberries, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 2 bananas, 1 pack of frozen pitaya
12:30pm: second half of smoothie
2:30pm: Adrenal healing snack- 2 apples, 2 stalks of celery, 4-6 dates
5:00pm: 1 baked sweet potato
7:00pm: One leftover loaded potato (recipe in last post) (no cashew cream this time) over tons of chopped lettuce, red onion, and tomato
9:00pm: 2 steamed potatoes, spices, 1/2 avocado
10:00pm: 20oz cucumber juice
10:30pm 16oz of burdock root, milk thistle, lemon balm, nettle leaf, rose hip, red clover, dandelion tea
(I drink lime water throughout the day)
