It doesn’t look like much but this has been my favorite “meal” of the day and I’ve been relying heavily on it these past 5 days of being raw! Lately it’s been beneficial for me to eat dinner around 4 or 5pm and then around 8 or 9 (with a 10pm bedtime) I dig into this bowl of thawed frozen mango, wild blueberries, cherries, and a drizzle of raw honey. I put it in a bowl and let it thaw for about 1.5-2hrs before eating it. This makes it nice and soft and juicy!
