Ja Rule Is Going to Prison
Rapper to Receive 2-Year Sentence
Ja Rule is headed to prison. The 40-year-old rapper and actor has received a sentencing date of June 8th, and it is expected that he will be sentenced to two years in prison for criminal gun possession. In 2007, cops found a loaded semi-automatic gun in Mr. Rule's car during a traffic stop. Last December, Ja Rule pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon and agreed to serve two years.
