President Barack Obama recently revealed his pick for this year's NCAA Women's Basketball Champion. And his pick wasn't too surprising. Obama picked UConn, the same team he picked last year, to win it all. And he was not shy about his confidence in UConn star forward Maya Moore.
"Maya is going to be hitting her jumper, she's going to be making rebounds, she's going to be making plays, and I think Connecticut wins it again," said Obama.
Obama also recalled Moore's presence when Obama and a couple of NBA All-Stars, including Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, and Carmelo Anthony, played basketball together.
"Maya Moore was on the court, and she lit guys up," the president recalled. "She can hang with the best players in the world and she's a winner."
Obama picked Baylor to face off against UConn in the finals. He also picked Tennessee to beat Notre Dame and Stanford to beat UCLA.
