Rebecca Black, the 13-year-old singer of the hit song 'Friday', recently opened up about all the negative comments that she has received in response to her decidedly uncontroversial song.
When asked on Good Morning America what is the meanest thing she has read so far, Black said that it was, "'I hope you cut yourself and I hope you get an eating disorder so you'll look pretty and I hope you go cut and die.'"
Black explains that when she first read the comments, she felt really bad. But she explains that now she doesn't really take the negative feedback to heart.
"When I first saw all these nasty comments, I did cry. I felt like this was my fault," said Black. "And I shouldn't have done this, and this is all because of me. And now I don't feel that way."
