Gloria James, the mother of NBA star LeBron James, was arrested early Thursday morning after she allegedly attacked a valet worker at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach.
According to the police report, when the arresting officer attempted to question James about the alleged incident, he got "no response and just a stare."
The alleged victim, Rockfeller Sorel, says that he retrieved James' car and parked it on the ramp in front of the hotel but that James stood around talking to people for half an hour.
Finally, Sorel decided to turn off the car, at which point James allegedly approached him and asked "Where are my f**king keys?" and yelled other profanities at him.
The police report states that "Then for no apparent reason the arrestee struck the victim with an open had [sic] across the right side of his face and in the process causing herself to lose her balance and falling to the ground."
The report also states that, once James was taken to the police station, an officer attempted to speak with James, but she replied, "I'm trying to trust you but I don't trust your kind ... I don't trust that officer who arrested me."
She also told police that she "was not going to cooperate because she did nothing wrong."
According to TMZ.com, Sorel has already met with a lawyer to discuss his legal options.
