'Jersey Shore' Star 'The Situation' Sues His Own Dad
Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is reportedly suing his own father over a website that his dad made to basically ruin his reputation.
According to the lawsuit filed on Monday in Miami, FL, Sorrentino claims that his father Frank Sorrentino is illegally using his name and image on a website called TheConfrontationSite.com.
According to The Situation, his father is trying to ruin his business reputation by posting highly critical videos and statements of Mike on the website.
Sorrentino is reportedly asking a judge to stop his father from using his image and name on the website. He is also requesting damages.
