Update! I’m currently on my 7th week of my cut. 🙌🏼
I am down 7 pounds in 7 weeks. That’s only 1 lb a week and that’s GREAT progress. So don’t beat yourself up for *only* losing a lb in a week... I reversed during the holidays and tried to put on a little weight (muscle). I ended up stopping my reverse at around 2,300 calories this time since I got proposed to and knew I would be cutting before engagement photos 😅 My current calories are at 1,847 and I haven’t had to cut any lower than that. Those calories are specific to ME and MY body... but you don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight. Before cutting, I wasn’t doing any formal cardio, and now I have increased my step count dramatically. Increased movement = increased calories burned = not having to cut my calories any lower for the time being 😂 still lifting 5-6 days a week. (Workouts looking a little different right now of course) Keeping protein high and focusing more on nutrient dense, high volume foods to keep me full! (Lots of veggies help with this!) Probably going to continue my cut for a little while longer (no more than 2-3 more weeks) before giving myself a diet break. 🤗 I hope this information was helpful! 💪🏼 Drop any questions you have below!
