Update! I’m currently on my 7th week of my cut. ⁣⁣⁣🙌🏼⁣⁣⁣

I am down 7 pounds in 7 weeks. That’s only 1 lb a week and that’s GREAT progress. So don’t beat yourself up for *only* losing a lb in a week... ⁣⁣⁣
I reversed during the holidays and tried to put on a little weight (muscle). I ended up stopping my reverse at around 2,300 calories this time since I got proposed to and knew I would be cutting before engagement photos 😅⁣⁣⁣
My current calories are at 1,847 and I haven’t had to cut any lower than that. Those calories are specific to ME and MY body... but you don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight. ⁣⁣⁣
Before cutting, I wasn’t doing any formal cardio, and now I have increased my step count dramatically. Increased movement = increased calories burned = not having to cut my calories any lower for the time being 😂⁣⁣⁣ still lifting 5-6 days a week. (Workouts looking a little different right now of course)
Keeping protein high and focusing more on nutrient dense, high volume foods to keep me full! (Lots of veggies help with this!) ⁣⁣⁣
Probably going to continue my cut for a little while longer (no more than 2-3 more weeks) before giving myself a diet break. 🤗⁣⁣⁣
