It doesn’t matter if it’s your first day in the gym, you deserve to be there just as much as anyone else!
Everyone started somewhere, so don’t let the fear of being new stop you from going.
I know it feels like all eyes are on you.
But everyone else is more worried about themselves.
And if they are judging you for whatever reason, that says more about them than it does about you!
Put on your favorite gym outfit, make a bomb playlist, stick those headphones in your ears, and crush your workout!
Don’t be afraid to ask for help. That’s how we learn!
I’ve asked for help before and I’ve been asked for help, it’s 100% normal 👏🏼
The more you go, the more comfortable you’ll get and you’ll forget you were ever intimidated in the first place!
