Your mental health suffering is not worth any amount of weight loss.
Let me share my journey with weight loss.
When I first started to lose weight and see results, it started to become an obsession.
I was so happy to see results, to finally start feeling good about my body.
But that led to being fearful of food.
I would avoid social events so I wouldn’t mess up my macros.
I specifically remember crying because I wanted to go to my friend’s birthday dinner but was stressed about food.
I would panic if I had to miss a workout.
I thought certain foods would automatically lead me to gain my weight back.
But let me tell you, it’s not worth it.
It’s worth it to put in the time to learn how to live a flexible, balanced life.
Sure, you may lose weight, but if you don’t take the time to be comfortable around ALL foods, it won’t last.
You will restrict and you will burnout.
Which is exactly what I did.
I got to a point where I couldn’t live like that and started reverting back to my old ways.
Guess what happened? I starting piling on the pounds again.
I thought to myself, WHAT am I doing?
There has got to be a different way!
Luckily there was.
This is one of the many reasons I became a coach myself.
I thought if I struggled with this, I know I’m not the only one.
I wanted to help people live balance, flexible, and with food freedom.
I always thought weight loss had to be miserable.
But it doesn’t! There is another way!
If the method is unsustainable, the results will be unsustainable.
And that’s why I started my coaching business Lift, Eat, Repeat.
To empower women. To show them there IS another way to achieve their goals without sacrificing their mental health.
And look, the holidays are coming.
Don’t you want to go into the holidays empowered and informed about what decisions to make?
To enjoy the holidays without guilt and STILL see amazing results?
The holidays don’t have to be an excuse to make it a free for all.
You can enjoy them and still see results.
Let us help you.
