Author, Jeff Kagan wrote a book called Stroke Recovery Stories in which he attempts to help stroke victims and their loved ones make sense of what is happening to them. Jeff Kagan is speaking from experience in his book. He live through a stroke about a decade ago while driving to the beach with his family for a vacation. Suddenly, he felt very tired and confused and asked his wife to drive. At the time he did not know it was a stroke, but later he realized that his life was about to take a drastic turn.

This was the case for Jeff Kagan who was confused often and could not feel worried which was hard on his wife and kids.

Only people who have lived through it can fully understand what is happening in your mind rather than what is happening to your brain.
