Dawna Lee Heising guests as the pregnant Mrs. DeLuca on the comedy web series “Meter Maids”, which was conceived by Cindy Fang and Peter Podgursky.  Fang and Podgursky met while attending USC film school where they bonded over their mutual love of sketch comedy and Mariah Carey. Together they created Grumpy Panda Films and have been making cute yet irreverent videos such as "Dildocorn Pony", "S*** White Guys Say to Asian Girls", and "How to Eat a Banana". Their work has been featured on Funny or Die, Slash Film, Racialicious, Obvious Winner, Freddy in Space, Channel APA and Dread Central.

They are currently in the second season of their web series, "Meter Maids." This kinda-sorta NSFW show follows a group of four traffic officers as they strive to make the streets of Los Angeles safe from parking offenders. Cindy and Peter write, produce, and direct every episode, which skewers serious subjects like gun control, affirmative action, sexual harassment, girl-on-girl stuff, and Satanic human sacrifice of children.

"Meter Maids" is unique in that every episode features one or more guest stars who also have an online fan base. Past guest stars have included Michael Rousselet, Kelsey Gunn, and Paul Prado (5 Second Films); Ponce and Scott Perry (“Retarded Policeman” web series); adult film star, Mika Tan (credits too numerous to list); MC Meals on Wheels (“My Vagina Ain’t Handicapped” viral rap video); Rebecca Addelman (Upright Citizens Brigade); stand up comedians, Reese Waters, Jeff Peterson, and Peyton Clarkson; and “The King of Clowns”, Clownvis, whom L.A.
